Incorporated as Frontier Systems on 14 April 1998, we began with a vision to deliver leading-edge IT services and consultancy. In December 2005, we launched our commercial SIP trunk services with an entirely in-house developed platform. This marked our transformation into a voice-focused telecommunications provider, becoming one of the UK's longest and most established SIP trunk pioneers. We designed infrastructure without legacy constraints, creating one of the most flexible, secure, and resilient SIP networks in the market, purpose-built for our partners' success.
We became an Internet Service Provider in 2008, converging voice and data connectivity. By 2010, we launched FTTC fibre technology and our Nebula hosted telephony platform, establishing the integrated infrastructure that would define our channel-focused approach. Our fraud protection and PBX threat analysis capabilities became standard across every platform, delivering enterprise-grade security as a fundamental feature.
We officially became Voiceflex Limited in October 2015, cementing our identity as the UK's premier voice-focused carrier. In March 2022, we launched Voiceflex Flow, our award-winning UCaaS platform developed with Telavox, marking our definitive shift from traditional telco to cloud-first techco. We launched Voca CIC, a Microsoft Teams-native contact centre platform via AudioCodes partnership bringing enterprise CCaaS to the channel.
